Our Administration & Finance services include, but are not limited to:

• Manage receivables –collect monthly common fees, distribute arrears statements, arrange legal services for lien registration/discharge if required
• Process payables with Board approval
• Ensure appropriate insurance coverage is in place and negotiate renewals
• Issue status certificates
• Attend regular Board meetings
• Prepare annual budgets and monitor expenditures and cash flow throughout fiscal year to ensure costs are kept in line with approved budgets
• Annual general meetings (AGM) – schedule and prepare agenda, assemble AGM package for Board approval, attend at AGM
• Accounting - provide general bookkeeping services and submit monthly financial statements to Board of Directors; provide year-end financial statements or liaise with accounting professionals for preparation of audited financial statements (if required)
