Our Management services include, but are not limited to:

• Review existing contracts to ensure appropriateness
• Solicit and negotiate renewals and new contracts for Board approval
• Arrange for qualified reserve fund studies
• Prepare annual operating budgets for Board consideration
• Assist Board with implementation of planned operating and reserve expenditures
• Manage unforeseen repairs and maintenance, while factoring in overall budget considerations
• Interpret and apply the Condominium Act
• Interpret and apply the Corporation’s declaration/rules and regulations
• Assist with new home warranty issues (Tarion)
• Submit regular work-in-progress reports to Board of Directors
• Prepare preventative maintenance programs
• Respond to owner enquiries and/or issues
• Provide regular on-site inspections
• Provide 24 hour emergency support
